The sound behind
the sound.
Turbo, born Chandler A. Great, is a Grammy-nominated American record producer and songwriter from Atlanta, Georgia. Widely regarded as one of the most influential producers in modern hip-hop, Turbo has quietly shaped the sound of an entire generation.
He is best known for executive producing Gunna's Drip or Drown 2, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, and Gunna's critically acclaimed The Last Wun. His production has anchored some of the biggest records in rap — from Travis Scott's "Yosemite" to Gunna and Lil Baby's "Drip Too Hard," which went Diamond (10x Platinum) and became one of the highest-certified hip-hop singles of all time.
Turbo's catalog spans genre-defining hits — Moneybagg Yo's "Whiskey Whiskey" ft. Morgan Wallen, Lil Baby's "Close Friends," and Gunna's "WGFT", which debuted in the Top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. His atmospheric melodies, layered 808 patterns, and cinematic arrangements have earned him placements across platinum-selling albums and a Grammy nomination for his contributions to the genre.
From the studio to the stage, Turbo continues to push the boundaries of production, working with the biggest names in music while building the next wave of sound out of Atlanta.
